About Catapult King
Catapult King is a physics-based castle siege shooting game where you launch boulders from a catapult at enemy structures and characters. Adjust your firing angle and power, then use limited shots to complete the objective for each level while building score through destruction and combos.
The primary objective changes by level. Depending on the stage, you must defeat all enemies, defeat the King, destroy a required percentage of the castle, or reach a specified score. Completing a level with a higher score can earn up to three stars.
Catapult King puts you behind a medieval catapult with a limited number of shots and a castle full of structures and enemies to bring down. Before firing, you can adjust the launch angle and power to control the boulder's trajectory. On desktop, you can drag from the catapult to aim and release to fire, or use the keyboard controls for finer adjustments.
Each level has a displayed objective, such as defeating every enemy, eliminating the King, destroying a percentage of castle structures, or reaching a target score. Castle blocks use different materials, including wood, stone, and ice, with different durability and point values. Enemy types include guards, archers, knights, royals, and Kings.
Destroying blocks and enemies awards points, while rapidly destroying multiple targets creates a combo multiplier. Completing levels also records your best score and star rating. Progress is saved locally, allowing unlocked levels and scores to persist between sessions. Players looking for similar precision-based challenges can also explore shooting games or arcade games. For games built around physics and destruction, physics-based games is another relevant category.

Tips & Strategies
- Aim at structural bases: Hitting lower supporting blocks can destabilize structures and cause additional blocks or enemies to fall.
- Use power deliberately: Higher power sends the boulder farther, but changing power also changes the trajectory, so match the strength to the target distance.
- Exploit material durability: Wood has 55 HP, stone has 130 HP, and ice has 35 HP, making ice easier to break while stone requires substantially more impact.
- Target valuable enemies: Guards, archers, knights, royals, and Kings award different point values, with the King worth 1,000 points.
- Build combos: Destroy multiple targets quickly to increase the combo multiplier and raise the points gained from subsequent destructions.
- Protect your shot count: Unused shots can provide a completion bonus of 250 points per remaining shot, so efficient play can improve the final score.
