About Garden Bubble Shooter

Garden Bubble Shooter is a match-3 bubble shooting puzzle game set against a bright outdoor garden backdrop. Aim the cannon and fire colored bubbles into the overhead formation, matching three or more bubbles of the same color to clear them. Detached bubbles can also fall when their connection to the ceiling is broken.

The primary objective is to clear every bubble from the level.

Secondary goals are to:

  • Create larger color matches for higher scores.
  • Drop disconnected bubble clusters for bonus points.
  • Build the combo multiplier through successful matches.
  • Earn up to three stars based on the final level score.
  • Complete levels to unlock the next stage.

Garden Bubble Shooter combines aiming and match-3 mechanics on a bubble-filled playing field. You control a cannon at the bottom of the screen and fire the current colored bubble toward the formation above. Connect three or more bubbles of the same color to pop the matching group and increase your score.

A successful match also gives you an opportunity to remove bubbles that are no longer connected to the ceiling. These detached groups provide an additional drop bonus, making carefully placed shots more valuable than simply creating small matches. Side walls can be used to bank shots into harder-to-reach spaces.

Each level starts with a different procedurally generated bubble arrangement, while later levels introduce more colors and larger formations. Missed shots increase a miss counter; after the level's miss limit is reached, another row of bubbles is added.

You can use pointer input to aim and shoot, or keyboard controls to adjust the cannon. Progress is divided across 50 levels, with completed stages recording stars and scores. How to Play

  1. Start a level: Select Play Game to begin the currently unlocked level, or use Select Level to choose an unlocked stage.
  2. Aim the cannon: Move the pointer over the playfield to position the cannon's shooting angle.
  3. Fire a bubble: Release the pointer after aiming to shoot the current bubble. On keyboard, Space or Arrow Up fires.
  4. Make matches: Connect three or more bubbles of the same color to pop them.
  5. Use bank shots: Bounce shots off the side walls to reach difficult positions.
  6. Drop disconnected bubbles: When a match breaks the ceiling connection, unattached bubble groups fall and award a drop bonus.
  7. Manage misses: Shots that do not create a match increase the miss counter. Reaching the level's miss limit adds another bubble row.
  8. Clear the board: Remove all remaining bubbles to complete the level.
  9. After completion: The game awards 1–3 stars according to the score and unlocks the next level when applicable.
  10. If you fail: The level enters the Game Over state when bubbles reach the danger zone. You can then try the level again, open level select, or return to the main menu.

Winning & Losing Conditions

Winning Condition

A level is completed when all bubbles have been removed from the board. The game then calculates a star rating from the final score: more than 8,000 points earns two stars, while more than 15,000 earns three stars; lower scores earn one star.

Losing Condition

The game ends when the bubble formation reaches the danger zone near the cannon. A GAME OVER screen appears with options to retry the level, open Level Select, or return to the Main Menu.

Tips & Strategies

  • Aim for groups of three or more. A successful match increases the combo rather than adding to the miss counter.
  • Look for ceiling dependencies. Removing a supporting section can make an entire disconnected cluster fall, producing a bonus of 150 points per dropped bubble.
  • Use the walls deliberately. Bank shots against the side walls when a direct path into a useful cluster is blocked.
  • Build consecutive matches. Successful matches increase the combo multiplier, while a non-matching shot resets the combo to 1.
  • Watch the miss limit. Repeated non-matching shots eventually add a new row, increasing the amount of board you need to clear.
  • Target high-value opportunities when chasing stars. The level awards two stars above 8,000 points and three stars above 15,000 points.
