By accessing, browsing, or using the Unique100 website and gaming platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Unique100 ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules
Transfer, sell, or gift your account to another person

4. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

You agree to use the Service in a manner that is respectful, lawful, and in compliance with these guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

Harassment and Bullying: Engaging in harassment, threats, intimidation, or cyberbullying of any user
Hate Speech: Posting content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
Explicit Content: Sharing sexually explicit, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate content
Spam and Flooding: Sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or repetitive content that disrupts the platform experience
Impersonation: Impersonating another user, celebrity, or Unique100 staff member
Self-Promotion: Unsolicited advertising, promotion, or solicitation of products or services
Disruptive Behavior: Intentionally disrupting, manipulating, or degrading the platform experience for others

5. Gaming Services

5.1 Game Streaming and Content

Our platform provides game streaming, reviews, news, and related content. All gaming content, including but not limited to streams, videos, articles, and images, is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

5.2 Tournaments and Competitions

Participation in tournaments and competitive events is subject to additional rules and regulations that will be provided at the time of registration. By entering a tournament, you agree to:

Comply with all tournament-specific rules and schedules
Accept the decisions of tournament administrators as final
Participate fairly and without the use of cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software
Forfeit prizes or eligibility if found in violation of tournament rules

5.3 User-Generated Content

When you create, upload, or share content on our platform (including comments, reviews, stream clips, and profile content), you:

Retain ownership of your original content
Grant Unique100 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service
Represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for the content you share
Agree not to upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design elements—are the exclusive property of Unique100 or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service
Use any content from the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Service

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Payment and Transactions

8.1 Premium Services

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing premium services, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
Provide accurate and complete payment information
Authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred

8.2 Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Digital goods and services are generally non-refundable once delivered. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unique100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

Your use of or inability to use the Service
Any content or conduct of any third party on the Service
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unique100, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of a third party
Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

14. Severability
