About Pool Club

Pool Club is a level-based arcade billiards game where you use the cue ball to pocket glowing target balls on a pool table. Aim with the pointer, charge your shot power, and release to strike the cue ball. Each level gives you a limited number of shots, with better scores and more stars awarded for efficient play.

Pocket every target ball on the table before the level's maximum number of shots is used. Completing a level with fewer shots produces a larger remaining-shot bonus and can earn up to three stars.

Pool Club turns billiards into a compact level-based arcade challenge. Each level places a white cue ball and a set of target balls on a six-pocket pool table, with the target balls marked visually so they are easy to identify. Your task is to aim the cue ball, choose your shot strength, and pocket every target ball before you run out of shots.

On desktop, move the mouse around the table to set your aim, then hold the left mouse button to charge the POWER meter and release it to shoot. On smaller screens, you can touch and drag on the table to aim and charge a shot, while the on-screen controls provide fine left/right aim adjustments and a SHOOT button. The game also supports restarting the current level and pausing during play.

Pocketed target balls award points, while putting multiple targets down in a single shot can produce a combo bonus. Completing a level unlocks the next stage, and your progress, score, and earned stars are saved on the device. Players looking for similar challenges can also explore sports games or arcade games.

How to Play

  1. Start Pool Club and select Play to load your current level, or choose an unlocked stage through Level Select.
  2. Identify the glowing target balls that must be pocketed.
  3. Aim the cue by moving the mouse around the table on desktop, or touch-dragging on the table on mobile layouts.
  4. Hold the left mouse button or your finger to charge the POWER meter.
  5. Release to strike the cue ball. On mobile, the SHOOT button can release a charged shot.
  6. Use the mobile ↺ and ↻ controls for small aim adjustments when needed.
  7. Continue pocketing target balls while staying within the level's shot limit.
  8. Pocket all targets to complete the level and unlock the next stage.
  9. If the maximum number of shots is reached before all targets are pocketed, the level fails and can be retried.
  10. Accidentally pocketing the cue ball causes a scratch; it is repositioned so play can continue, with a small penalty.

Winning & Losing Conditions

Winning Condition

A level is completed when every target ball has been pocketed. Completing a level awards a score, a remaining-shot bonus, and between one and three stars based on shots used, while the next level is unlocked when available.

Losing Condition

The level fails when the maximum number of allowed shots has been used while at least one target ball remains on the table.

Tips & Strategies

  • Plan the pocket angle before charging: Aim around the target ball's path rather than simply pointing directly at it.
  • Control shot power carefully: The POWER meter oscillates while charging, so release at an appropriate strength instead of automatically using maximum power.
  • Use the mobile nudge buttons for fine adjustments: The ↺ and ↻ controls are useful when your touch-drag aim is close but needs a small correction.
  • Look for combo opportunities: Pocketing two or more target balls in the same shot adds a combo bonus, making well-planned multi-ball shots valuable.
  • Protect your shot count: Every attempt consumes one of the level's limited shots, so avoid unnecessary low-probability attempts.
  • Aim for efficient clears: Finishing in fewer shots increases the remaining-shot bonus and can improve your star rating.
