Color Bus Escape is a color-matching traffic puzzle where vehicles must escape a crowded board while collecting passengers of their matching color. Tap or click a vehicle when its route is clear, then plan the order of moves so blocked vehicles can be released and all waiting passengers can board.

The primary objective is to clear all waiting passengers from the board. Vehicles can leave the board only when their route is clear, and each vehicle boards waiting passengers whose color matches the vehicle, subject to its seat capacity.

Color Bus Escape is a traffic-clearing puzzle built around vehicle movement, color matching, and move order. Each stage places buses and cars on a compact board with vehicles facing different directions. Your task is to identify which vehicle can move first, send it along its clear route, and use the resulting space to unlock other vehicles.

When a vehicle moves, it automatically boards waiting passengers that match its color, up to its available capacity, before leaving the board. A vehicle whose route is blocked cannot move, so clearing blockers is an important part of solving each puzzle. The game provides a Hint function that identifies a legal vehicle move, while Undo lets you reverse previous actions when your move order needs correction.

The game contains 24 stages with progressively tighter layouts, more vehicles, additional colors, longer vehicles, and dependency chains. How to Play

1. Start the game with PLAY, or use CONTINUE to resume a saved in-progress level.
2. Examine the board and identify the vehicles, their colors, directions, and the waiting passenger colors.
3. Click or tap a vehicle to attempt a move.
4. A vehicle moves only when the route ahead is clear.
5. When the vehicle moves, it boards waiting passengers of the same color, limited by its available capacity.
6. The vehicle then exits the board, creating space for other vehicles.
7. Continue clearing blockers and selecting legal moves until no waiting passengers remain.
8. Use Undo if you need to reverse a previous move, or Hint to identify a legal move.
9. Restart resets the current level when you want to solve it again.
10. If you pause, the game stops the level timer until you resume.

Winning & Losing Conditions

Winning Condition

A level is completed when all waiting passengers have boarded vehicles and no waiting passengers remain.

Losing Condition

There is no traditional lives-based game-over condition. An unsuccessful move attempt is simply rejected when a vehicle's route is blocked. The player can use Undo, Restart, or continue planning until the level is solved.

Tips & Strategies

1. Look for a clear route first. A vehicle cannot move through another vehicle, so identifying an immediately legal move is usually the best starting point.
2. Match vehicle colors to passenger demand. Moving a vehicle of the right color can remove several waiting passengers at once, provided it has enough capacity.
3. Clear blockers strategically. Moving one vehicle can open the route for another, so consider what space each move creates rather than choosing only the most obvious vehicle.
4. Watch vehicle capacity. A vehicle only boards matching passengers up to its available seats, so do not assume one vehicle will handle every passenger of its color.
5. Use Hint when the board is unclear. The Hint system selects a vehicle with a currently legal move.
6. Use Undo instead of restarting immediately. Previous gameplay states are stored for reversal, allowing you to correct an unfavorable move sequence.
