UNIQUE100 specializes in offering limited-edition products, with only 100 units produced per item. Once sold out, products are not restocked. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images; however, slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing and Payments
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as per GST regulations.
Payments: We accept payments through secure gateways, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Transactions are processed in compliance with the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.

4. Order Processing and Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We offer shipping across India. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability.
Delivery Charges: Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delays: In case of unforeseen delays, we will notify you promptly.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we offer free replacements.
Size Exchanges: Available with delivery charges borne by the buyer.
Other Returns: For non-defective returns, we offer 100% store credit. Cash refunds are not provided. All return requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.

All content on UNIQUE100, including images, logos, text, and product designs, is the property of UNIQUE100 and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
