At UNIQUE100, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every product you receive is exactly as promised — unique, high-quality, and memorable. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, our return and exchange policies are designed to be transparent and fair.
For any return or exchange request, please contact us at contact@unique100.com within 7 days of delivery.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns in the following scenarios:
Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Size Issues (for wearable items): If the item doesn’t fit as expected.
Other Valid Concerns: If the product received is incorrect or incomplete.
Note: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Replacement for Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll offer a free replacement.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
No additional charges will be applied.
3. Size Exchanges (Wearable Items Only)
We allow size exchanges if the product is in unused and resellable condition.
The customer bears both-way delivery charges (₹250–₹400 depending on location).
To avoid sizing issues, please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering.
4. Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return a product for any reason other than defects or size:
We offer 100% store credit once the product is received and inspected.
No cash or bank refunds are issued.
Return shipping charges (₹250–₹400) will be deducted from the store credit.
Store credit can be used on any future purchase and has no expiry date.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Personal use products (like grooming tools, intimate wear, etc.) due to hygiene reasons.
Products marked as final sale or non-returnable in the description.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at contact@unique100.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
In eligible cases, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.
7. Refund Timeline
Store credits or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the customer's account within 14 days.

8. Exchange Delivery Timeframe
Once your exchange request is approved and the return is received, the replacement item will be delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
